Okay are you sick of hearing about Shoppers grocery store yet? :P I did my 2nd and final trip today. Our cupboards and freezer are so packed full right now it is unreal. It is nice to think that I got all of these good deals and I won't have to do any real grocery shopping (other than milk and fresh fruit) for quite some time! It is worth it to stock up on items that you use when you see them on sale. I was happy to pay around a $1.00+ less per a pack for the Kraft singles cheese today than I had been paying for the generic version recently. Woohoo! Sorry no pic of my son with the receipt today, haha! It was some bit shorter than the last though, only about the same height as he is this time around. Total after coupons & taxes was $86.56 for 71 items. According to my receipt I saved 47% today. Now email me some recipes so that I can use up all of these Grands biscuits, cream cheese, and sour cream before they go bad! :)
By the way one of the most expensive things that I bought was that teeny tiny bottle of Pumpkin Pie spice! $4.39! Unbelievable how much spices are. I was in sticker shock as I hardly ever buy spices. I did have a 25 cent off coupon that tripled but still! I am going to cherish this tiny bottle of spice as if it were gold.
